  • Our engineering group consists of highly skilled engineers who provide our customers with concurrent engineering in the areas of part design, mold design, material selection, injection molding process selection and especially project management. Our engineers track every step of each customer's project using the latest project management software to ensure on-time delivery.


  • IMDS employs Solid-Works and Design Works along with BobCAD as its computer aided design software and is fully capable of handling your engineering interface in the IGES or DXF format through modem, Internet, FTP or E-mail.7 Our new INFINITE CMM is the most accurate articulating arm produced and features CimCore’s patented infinite rotation, quick-change probes with automatic probe recognition and integrated Wi-Fi provides INFINITE portability.


  • PowerINSPECT™ is a Windows® program for inspection and reverse engineering. New expanded GD&T capability includes true position, perpendicularity, angularity, parallelism and concentricity. Reports and Excel® templates can be made as simple or complex as required and can be tailored to suit all customer or quality requirements. When combined with CimCore's portable CMM, PowerINSPECT™ allows for rapid inspection of complex 3D parts and CAD-to-part comparison.


  • Real Time Reverse Engineering utilizing Solid Works and DesZign Works to be fully employed this year.


  • CNC Turning and Milling:  A range of CNC machine are available to produce parts to your exact requirements. These machines offer the most precise and reliable methods for producing high tolerance “Build to print parts”.  We are experienced with materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous, plastic, stainless steels and aerospace alloys.  Your parts can be machined and assembled into sub-assemblies or completed products. Whether aluminum, magnesium or high strength alloys - in castings, forgings or bar stock - our fully equipped CNC machining centers enable us to provide the highest quality finished product. Eurotech 4 or 5  axis and Tsugami turning equipment is to be added – 2006


  • Tool & Fixture Design and Build:  Operations include rigid tapping, honing, and lapping to obtain finishes and hold tolerances on your most demanding requirements

    • Finishing and Assembly:  Our services also include plating, painting and any specialized processes to insure our customers' products are manufactured completely. We will shoulder the responsibility for your requirements from prototype through production, assembly and kitting.
