Mr. Robert A. Hill (founder, President & CEO) has 40 years of experience in the metal-working industry. In 1991 he founded and incorporated H&G Machine, Inc., In 1995, Mr. Hill founded and incorporated Industrial Machining & Design Services, Inc. and successfully merged the two companies in January, 1998.
Mr. Joseph (Joe) E. Pivovar, Quality Assurance Manager brings a total of thirty-three years of Federal Government and U.S. Military Service Experience. Prior to joining IMDS, Joe served for twenty-two years as a Quality Assurance Representative and eleven years as an Aircraft Weapons System Technician with the Department of Defense. He is trained and experienced in aircraft and shipboard (including submarine) electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Joe has an AAS Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering Technology from Kent State University.
